Job summary

Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide PT services under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist for Senior CommUnity Care of Northern KY—PACE. You will assist in acute, restorative, and maintenance treatments, following established care plans and documenting progress in the EMR.

The role requires Kentucky PTA licensure, at least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Kentucky.
• Minimum of one year experience with frail/elderly population.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy treatments under supervision of PT.
• Communicate changes and progress to supervising PT.
• Maintain documentation per state policies and CMSPACE regulations.
• Maintain records in the EMR and follow PACE procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
