Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care, following individualized service plans and documenting changes
• Promote safety, dignity and independence; engage residents through conversation and activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment; in memory care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
