Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a caring Caregiver to support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans and document changes, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence in daily activities.

You will engage residents through conversations and activities, assist dining services, and keep living spaces clean and welcoming. Experience in Memory Care is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
