Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Brandon, FL to join a senior-focused practice in a value-based, managed care environment. Open compensation includes a base salary starting at $300,000, with up to $120,000 in annual bonuses and signing bonuses.

The role offers generous PTO, CME allowance, and advancement potential. Ideal candidates will have MD or DO, board eligibility in FM/IM/Geriatrics, and experience with Medicare Advantage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• Experience in Managed Care or Medicare Advantage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to Medicare Advantage and senior patients.
• Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute concerns.
• Deliver patient-centered care within a value-based managed care model.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate treatment plans.
