New graduates are encouraged to apply. Open compensation begins at $300,000 with up to $120,000 in annual bonuses, plus benefits, relocation assistance, and potential partnership after 2 years.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Florida Medical License preferred or eligible.
• Experience in Managed Care, Value-Based Care, or Medicare Advantage preferred.
• New Graduates Welcome.
• ACN licensed accepted.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred for one opening.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to Medicare Advantage and senior patients age 65+.
• Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute medical concerns.
• Deliver patient-centered care within a managed care/value-based care model.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment plans.
• Identify and close care gaps while supporting quality and outcome initiativesEducate patients and caregivers regarding disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and long-term wellness.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families through compassionate, personalized care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.

Location: Brooksville, FL

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing, senior-focused primary care practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, relationship-based care for adults age 65 and older. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys practicing medicine in a value-based, managed care environment with smaller patient panels, longer appointment times, and robust clinical support.

The practice emphasizes personalized care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and strong physician-patient relationships. Physicians are supported by an experienced care team, allowing them to focus on patient outcomes rather than high-volume visits.
