ArchWell Health is seeking physicians for outpatient primary care focused on geriatric patients in Tucson, AZ. Employed position with above-market compensation including base salary and bonus based on quality metrics.

Clinicians will have full malpractice coverage with tail, generous benefits including vacation, health insurance, retirement, and CME, and a supportive care team to enable excellent patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but not required
• Active, non-probationary state medical license
• Collaborative, patient-centric leader of care teams

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care with a patient-centric approach
• Lead care teams to coordinate medical and social needs
• Deliver high-quality primary care with strong patient relationships
