Job summary

Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak seeks an elder care navigator to serve as a steady guide for families, coordinating care planning and facilitating facility placements. You will liaise between the law firm, facilities, and clients, ensuring the client’s voice and dignity remain central throughout transitions.

You will partner with attorneys and staff to promote high-quality life care planning services, document meetings, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-through.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High professionalism, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advocate and elder care professional on the legal team.
• Act as liaison between the law firm, care facilities, and clients to facilitate care planning.
• Coordinate with attorneys, long-term care planners, and staff to provide life care planning services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and personnel information in accordance with firm policies.
