Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by completing history and physicals on new patients.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage patient visits.
• Mentor APP performance to elevate care delivery.
