Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven Physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will build strong relationships with staff, mentor APPs, and lead clinical initiatives to improve health outcomes for vulnerable residents.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the care team.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader.
