Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will provide one-on-one therapy, assist with rehabilitative services under medical orders, and deliver holistic, patient-centered care to senior residents.

The position requires an A.S. degree and state PTA licensure, with opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and career advancement in a not-for-profit senior care setting. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Current license in the state of practice as a PTA.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents on-site.
