Job summary

Always Best Care Knoxville is seeking a Senior Care Liaison to grow referrals and awareness of non-medical home care and assisted living placement services. This full-time, exempt role focuses on relationship-building with hospitals, physicians, rehab facilities, and senior organizations across Knox County.

You will conduct regular face-to-face visits (40–50 weekly), develop strategic outreach plans, present educational sessions, and ensure exceptional customer service for seniors and families

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales, marketing, healthcare, senior services, hospice, home health, or related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in relationship-based business development.
• Strong networking and presentation skills.
• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities.
• Highly organized with outstanding follow-through.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase referral volume and agency growth.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with referral sources in healthcare and senior services.
• Meet 40–50 professional visits per week with referral partners.
• Identify, research, qualify, and cultivate new referral opportunities.
• Schedule regular follow-up visits to build genuine relationships beyond transactions.
• Represent Always Best Care at networking events, health fairs, and community functions.
• Conduct educational presentations and staff in-services for healthcare professionals.
