Pegasus Landing of Vintage Park in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in daily living activities. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and clear communication with residents and staff, with opportunities for career development and mentorship within a vibrant community.

Qualifications

Must possess applicable state certifications.
Minimum of one year experience caring for older adults.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity.
Communicate effectively with residents and staff to coordinate care.
Document observations and report changes to the care team.
Support the care plan and participate in ongoing training and development.
