The Renaissance Assisted Living in Florence, AL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You will work across Day/Evening/NOC shifts, providing respectful, person-centered care and ensuring safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience with older adults, strong communication in English, and state certifications as required.

• Must have applicable state certifications as required by state
• Minimum one year experience working with older adults
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
