Job summary

Inspired Living in Ocoee, FL is seeking a Certified Med Tech/Caregiver for part-time hours (Mondays and every other weekend, 3pm-11pm). The role focuses on delivering daily living assistance per each resident's plan, while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety.

The Care Partner collaborates with the health team to support residents, communicate changes, and ensure high-quality care in a compassionate community setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of caregiving experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• CNA or HHA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to clearly communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful manner and document changes per policy.
• Comply with CQI program and report issues that affect care quality.
• Follow all local, state, and federal rules and regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen Guidelines.
• Work safely and report any unsafe actions to the supervisor.
• Foster teamwork and assist others beyond job responsibilities.
• Communicate resident needs between Care Partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
