Job summary

Inspired Living at Ocoee is seeking a Care Partner (part-time) to provide daily living assistance to residents in our Ocoee, Florida community. The role runs 7:00 am–3:00 pm one day during the week and every other weekend, with duties including personal care per each resident's service plan and meal service support.

You will collaborate with health professionals and families, document changes, comply with HIPAA and safety guidelines, and contribute to a compassionate, compliant care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience required or similar function.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• CNA or HHA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Follows services outlined in each resident's service plan, documenting changes per laws and policies.
• Complies with quality improvement programs and reports issues for correction.
• Adheres to local, state, and federal rules and company policies, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines.
• Works safely with team and reports unsafe actions to supervisor.
• Fosters teamwork and positive impact on residents, co-workers, and visitors.
• Communicates resident needs between Care Partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
