Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services, Inc. in Brockton, MA seeks a SCO Program Supervisor to oversee staff, review services, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting community-based aging programs.

You will train staff, monitor case management, and promote collaboration with GSSCs and providers in our growing south shore service area. A bachelor's degree in social work and three years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required or preferred.
• Three years of experience in a social environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with common computer software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff.
• Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services.
• Provide training and support to GSSCs.
• Ensure records are maintained per standards and funding rules.
• Assist SCO Manager with additional tasks and billing accuracy.

OCES is growing! We are expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, etc.

We are seeking a SCO Program Supervisor to review, evaluate, and approve work of assigned staff; participate in supervisory and programming team; assist with staff/ program development and staff training.

What you'll do:

• Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff
• Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services
• Provide training and support to GSSCs
• Understand and adhere to OCES and funding source regulations, standards, and procedures; distribute and interpret this information to staff
• Advise SCO Manager with other tasks upon request
• Ensure that appropriate records are maintained for each SCO Member in accordance with the standards of the profession and generally accepted standards of care
• Ensure that monthly Case Management/Assessment billing is complete and accurate in collaboration with the SOC Manager
• Additional duties as requested
