Job summary

Old Colony YMCA is seeking a SCO Program Supervisor to review, evaluate, and approve the work of assigned staff; to help supervise program operations and ensure quality, accessible services for the community.

You will train staff, ensure records and billing accuracy, and maintain compliance with OCES policies and funding source standards, working closely with the SCO and SOC Managers.

Responsibilities

• Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff
• Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services
• Provide training and support to GSSCs
• Understand and adhere to OCES and funding source regulations, standards, and procedures; distribute and interpret this information to staff
• Advise SCO Manager with other tasks upon request
• Ensure that appropriate records are maintained for each SCO Member in accordance with the standards of the profession and generally accepted standards of care
• Ensure that monthly Case Management/Assessment billing is complete and accurate in collaboration with the SOC Manager

We are seeking a SCO Program Supervisor to review, evaluate, and approve work of assigned staff; participate in supervisory and programming team; assist with staff/ program development and staff training.

What You'll Do
