Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services (OCES) is seeking a SCO Program Supervisor to review, evaluate, and approve the work of assigned staff, and participate in supervisory and programming teams.

The role includes staff development/training, adherence to funding regulations, and maintaining accurate records and billing in collaboration with the SOC Manager. OCES emphasizes hybrid work with home visits and community-based activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required or preferred.
• Current Social Work license preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a social environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff.
• Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services.
• Provide training and support to GSSCs.
• Adhere to OCES and funding source regulations and disseminate to staff.
• Maintain records for each SCO member per professional standards.
• Ensure monthly Case Management/Assessment billing is complete with SOC Manager.

We are seeking a SCO Program Supervisor to review, evaluate, and approve work of assigned staff; participate in supervisory and programming team; assist with staff/ program development and staff training.

What You'll Do

• Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff
• Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services
• Provide training and support to GSSCs
• Understand and adhere to OCES and funding source regulations, standards, and procedures; distribute and interpret this information to staff
• Advise SCO Manager with other tasks upon request
• Ensure that appropriate records are maintained for each SCO Member in accordance with the standards of the profession and generally accepted standards of care
• Ensure that monthly Case Management/Assessment billing is complete and accurate in collaboration with the SOC Manager
• Additional duties as requested
