Job Description:

• Conduct intake assessments on CMS members via telephonic case management.
• Manage and assign tasks within an intake caseload of 150 - 200 members.
• Work virtually, with a few in-person meetings per year.
• Operate in a remote, autonomous, high-tech environment, conducting assessments and maintaining telephone contact with members.
• Primarily tier 4 responsibilities.

Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills:

1. Experience in candidate review and selection, with at least 2 years of pediatric experience.
2. Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
3. Resource provisioning skills.

Education/Certification:
