Pomeroy Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to support residents with safe, accurate treatments under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will help ensure residents receive their medications as prescribed and contribute to a caring, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, documenting in EMR, stocking medications, and assisting with meals and daily care. A compassionate, team-first attitude is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Medication Technician.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and comfort with EMR systems.
• Strength: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
• Heart: compassionate demeanor and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, breathing treatments, and skin care as prescribed.
• Track vitals, weights, and blood sugar; report status changes to Wellness Director.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in EMR and daily logs.
• Manage pharmacy deliveries, restock med carts, and ensure infection control standards.
• Assist with resident meals and general care duties to ensure a seamless community experience.
