Job summary

LCB Senior Living, the operator of The Residence at Basking Ridge, is seeking Medication Technicians to join the care team. You will dispense medications, assist residents with daily activities, monitor health changes, and document services in the care system.

The role requires completion of state medication administration coursework, CPR, and First Aid training. Experience with seniors, including dementia, is preferred. On-site work in Basking Ridge, NJ with weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• Readable English communication skills and ability to document services.

Responsibilities

• Dispense unit dose medications and document entries.
• Assist residents with ADLs: toileting, dressing, bathing, eating, walking.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report to RN.
• Input and track services in the community computer system.
