Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to join our nursing team. You will accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications for residents, following physician orders and facility policies.

You will report errors, participate in QA programs, maintain proper labeling, chartings, and communication with nurses, physicians, and pharmacists. High school diploma and state license required; training program completion is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general materials.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to managers and staff.
• Licensed Medication Aide with state-approved training and exam.

Responsibilities
