Job summary

Inspired Living at Ocoee, a premier senior living community in Florida, seeks a Full-Time Certified Medication Aide to support residents with ADLs and medication management under the Health and Wellness director. You will follow service plans, document tasks, communicate with medical staff and families, assist with meals, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• State HHA Certification or CNA License is required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Supervisory experience in a health-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as per physician orders and MAR.
• Document tasks and changes in resident condition per policy.
• Communicate with medical professionals and families as needed.
• Follow service plans and assist with ADLs in a friendly, supportive manner.
• Assist with meal service and maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
