Job summary

Integral Senior Living in California is seeking a Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to maintain quality of life.

Qualified candidates should have a CNA certification (preferred), a high school diploma or GED, and a genuine compassion for seniors.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents during shifts.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nurse or Health Care Coordinator.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, eating).
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; promote safety and independence.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and attend to continence management when needed.
• Assist with medications under supervision and document accordingly.
