Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, building referral relationships with hospitals and physicians, and conducting facility tours to showcase services. The role also involves community outreach and supporting the Admissions and Marketing leadership with various duties.

Responsibilities

• Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to increase occupancy rates and promote the facility’s services.
• Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining connections with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
• Community outreach: Engaging with the local community to raise awareness about the facility and its services. Planning local events to advertise and promote the facility in a positive light.
• Conducting tours: Providing tours of the facility to potential residents and families.
• All other duties as assigned by the Administrator, Social Services Director and Director of Admissions and Marketing.
