Job summary

CareOne at Marlton, part of the CareOne assisted living network in Marlton, New Jersey, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will coordinate the nursing process for residents, ensuring direct and indirect care aligns with each resident's plan of care and regulatory standards.

The role involves supervising CNAs and licensed nurses, adhering to state and federal guidelines, and contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
