Job summary

CareOne at Essex Park in Beverly, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and oversee nursing care for residents in long-term and short-term care settings.

The role entails direct and indirect patient care aligned with each resident's care plan, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Supervisory responsibilities include CNAs and licensed staff, following established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
