Job summary

Bupa UK is looking for a care team leader at Cottingley Hall in Bradford, Iowa to manage a unit, oversee medication, and maintain care plans. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing personalized support and dignity to residents.

Responsibilities include managing Care Assistants, training new staff, and building relationships with external teams. The position offers flexible working patterns, free meals on shift, and a comprehensive paid induction.

Qualifications
