Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull food carts and supplies (up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals according to recipe and menu requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Assisting with tray service and plating of meals.
• Ensuring that all food is served promptly.
• Collaborating with the dietary team to plan special diets.
• Maintaining accurate records of food preparation and inventory.
