Job summary

Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in York, PA is seeking a Nursing Home Cook for full-time shifts (days and evenings) to provide delicious, nutritious meals to residents in a fast-paced kitchen. Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Nursing Home Cook or in a similar role preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull food carts and supplies (up to 50 pounds)

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assisting with tray service and plating of meals
• Ensuring that all food is served promptly and to residents' satisfaction

• Maintaining accurate records of food preparation and inventory
