Happier At Home – Northeast Iowa seeks compassionate, dependable in-home caregivers to support seniors in Cresco and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living tasks, prepare meals, and help maintain independence in familiar surroundings.

We value reliable individuals with strong communication, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of caregiving experience. Competitive pay and mileage reimbursement offered, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team

Formación

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
