Job summary

Eden Senior Care, a growing healthcare management company, is seeking a Housekeeper/Laundry to support our skilled nursing and assisted living communities. The role covers cleaning, sanitizing, and waste handling across resident areas with adherence to facility standards.

Full-time hours are 35 per week (5:00 AM–1:00 PM, every other weekend) and part-time 15 hours (9:00 AM–3:00 PM, every other weekend). Experience preferred; strong communication and infection control skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and facility staff.
• Knowledge of infection control techniques.
• Ability to be patient and polite.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms and other areas of the facility.
• Safely mixes and uses cleaning solutions and stores in a secure area.
• Labels and removes infectious waste bags and containers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
