The role involves cleaning resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, and other spaces, following infection control procedures and safety protocols. The position requires clear communication with residents, families, and staff, and a courteous, patient demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Basic reading and writing skills appropriate to the role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, family members, and team members.
• Familiarity with infection control practices.
• Courteous, patient, and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, bathrooms, dining areas, and other facility spaces.
• Safely mix, use, and store cleaning solutions.
• Properly label and dispose of infectious waste bags and containers.
• Follow all facility cleaning protocols and infection control procedures.
• Perform additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Carry out responsibilities in compliance with Eden's Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and all applicable laws and professional standards.

Position: Housekeeper (Full-time)
Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Essential Functions
