Job summary

Edenbrook Platteville, part of Eden Senior Care, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep resident rooms, hallways, dining areas and bathrooms clean and sanitary, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for residents and families.

The position offers 16-20 hours per week with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, and you will be part of a supportive team focused on quality care and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and facility staff.
• Knowledge of infection control techniques.
• Ability to be patient and polite.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms and other areas of the facility.
• Safely mixes and uses cleaning solutions and stores in a secure area.
• Labels and removes infectious waste bags and containers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
