Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Provider (GNA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across levels of care. You will assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility, prioritizing safety, comfort and dignity at all times.

Additionally, you will monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes to the supervisor to support proactive, personalized care.

Qualifications

• GNA program completion or equivalent training that meets state requirements.
• Current CPR certification (or within 3 months of employment).
• If transporting a resident, must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents at all levels of care.
• Provide direct, hands-on help with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisor.
