Job summary

Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance under the direction of the Director of Ancillary Services.

You will maintain the building and grounds and help ensure ongoing compliance with standards. The ideal candidate has at least two years in facilities maintenance, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC/carpentry knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay organized.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install and service facilities, properties and equipment in compliance with safety code and quality standards.
• Report maintenance requirements to team leader.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Evaluate and recommend items to reduce safety risks.
• Complete OSHA training and share material with leadership.
• Maintain a cooperative working climate and attend meetings as assigned.
• Be flexible in schedule and potentially use a personal vehicle.
