Job summary

Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is hiring a Full Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. You will administer treatment to residents with temporary or long-term disabilities, follow the plan of care, and support patients and families. Qualifications

• Current license to practice in MA
• Graduation from an accredited OTA program is required
• At least one year of experience as a COTA

Responsibilities

• Administer treatment to residents to relieve pain, restore or improve function
• Deliver treatment per the established plan of care
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to interventions
• Complete required forms and documentation per policy and regulations
• Coordinate and provide training with Restorative Nursing and other staff
