Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate personal care, companionship, and support to seniors, whether at our center or in their homes. The role requires flexibility, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel throughout the service area to assist participants with dignity and respect.

You will join a supportive care team that values collaboration, safety, and growth, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required.
• Observe and report any changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care.
• Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build rapport and trust through kindness, empathy, and respectful communication.
• Adapt daily schedules based on participant needs and changes in care plans.
• Communicate promptly with scheduling staff and the interdisciplinary team.
