• Build a network and pipeline of referral sources and partnerships.
• Visit physician offices, assisted living facilities, and the community to educate on Momentum’s services.
• Attend community networking events to build relationships.
• Prepare presentations using Momentum’s marketing materials.
• Represent Momentum at South Bay at community functions.
• Plan luncheons and activities within the facility.
• Talk with prospects and families about needs and Momentum’s options
