Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities' Southampton Estates in Pennsylvania seeks a compassionate Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver hands-on resident care across all levels of living. You will assist with daily activities and promote safety, comfort, and dignity at every step.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility support, and timely reporting of changes to the supervisor. Eligible team members receive a generous benefits package including health coverage, a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent training meeting state requirements.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months).
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance if transporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care for residents across all levels of care.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes to supervisor.
