Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a compassionate Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver high-quality care to residents across levels of care at Southampton Estates. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and report changes to supervisors to support proactive, personalized care.

The ideal candidate has completed an approved CNA program, holds CPR certification, and, if transporting residents, a valid driver's license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver's license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care
• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.)
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes to supervisor to support proactive and personalized care
