Job summary

Wingate Living is seeking a Business Office Manager to direct the administrative and fiscal activities across our long-term care, rehabilitation, and assisted living programs. The role reports to senior administration and ensures compliant office operations with strong people leadership.

The candidate will manage patient accounts, posting, receipts, and bank deposits, while also developing policies and performance evaluations in line with ADA, OSHA, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• AA Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and Medicare guidelines for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Direct administrative and fiscal activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Post receipts, balances, and deposits; manage resident ledgers and petty cash.
• Develop and coordinate administrative policies and job descriptions; ensure policy adherence.
