Job summary

Provision Living is seeking a reliable Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care for older adults in a supportive setting. You will help with activities of daily living, assist with meals and housekeeping, and support the team to enhance residents’ well-being.

The role emphasizes privacy, dignity, and safety, with responsibilities across dining, activities, andRESPONDING to an Emergency Call System. CNA and First Aid are preferred; 0-2 years experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CNA and First Aid certification preferred.
• 0-2 years of previous work experience.
• Clear communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret general directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing support and medication reminders.
• Escort residents to dining and activities, respond to Emergency Call System.
• Report changes to Management promptly.
• Deliver meal trays upon request and assist with meal service.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry in resident apartments and common areas.
• Cross-train in multiple duties including tours, phones, and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
