Qualifications

• CNA and First Aid certifications preferred.
• 0–2 years of prior care or residential setting experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Read and interpret general directives; respond to questions from staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and mobility.
• Escort residents to dining areas and activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and report changes to management.
• Deliver meal trays and assist with meal service and cleanup.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties in resident apartments and common areas.
• Support with activities and programs to promote well-being and independence.
• Maintain a respectful, patient-centered environment for residents.
