Job summary

Homewood Living Spring House in Everett, WA area seeks a Day Shift, Full-Time Resident Care Aide to assist residents with daily living activities under licensed staff supervision. This role emphasizes independence, safety, and compassionate care within established policies.

You will support hygiene, nutrition, documentation, and care planning, while adhering to confidentiality and safety guidelines. CPR/First Aid are preferred; LNA license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and twist during an 8-hour shift.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform sequential tasks.
• English communication skills to carry out care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information, treatments, and family data.
• Assist with personal hygiene care, linen care, and meals.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Head Nurse.
• Participate in planning and delivering resident care per service plans.
• Conduct lifts and transfers per the Lift Free Program and care plan.
