Good Neighbor Society in Manchester, IA is seeking a Marietta's Place Universal Worker to support residents with daily living activities, meals, laundry, and apartment upkeep. You will document service plans, assist with ADLs, and promote safety while encouraging social engagement.

The role requires compassion, reliability and the ability to work in a team oriented environment. Training as a nursing assistant or home-health aide is preferred, with strong teamwork emphasized.

Formación

• Maturity and friendliness when working with residents and families.
• Ability to work in a team and relate well to coworkers and visitors.
• Reading and writing ability at a 12th-grade level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to tenants per service plans and document changes.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility).
• Support personal laundry and linen care; tidy and clean apartments.
• Prepare meals, serve meals, and assist with dining room duties during meals.
