This full-time position involves daily living activities, meal support, light housekeeping, and documentation, under RN direction.

Candidates should have a background in nursing assistance or home-health, a high school diploma, and a willingness to obtain required medication training.

Qualificações

• Training or experience as a nursing assistant or home-health aide preferred.
• Certified medication training preferred.
• Willing to take medication manager course upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to tenants as per service plans and document accordingly.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Administer medications under RN direction.
• Monitor tenants' health, safety and well-being.
• Maintain records in tenant charts and staff communication books.
• Support mealtime tasks, kitchen/dining cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' apartments and common areas.
• Promote safety and report changes to the supervisor.
