About The Role
Please note: This role is full time 44hrs per week on Nights working 8pm - 8am on a seven day rota.
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. It influences all aspects of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your responsibilities include planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will build relationships with residents and their families to ensure personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence team performance. Tasks include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communication with families, and supporting social and recreational activities, along with medication administration.
Maintaining accurate records and fostering strong team relationships are key duties. Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent, with experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care. Your positive energy, effective time management, and considerate communication are essential qualities.
