Job summary

DuBois Continuum of Care Community is seeking a Personal Care Aide for the 2PM-10PM and 10PM-6AM shifts to support residents with daily activities, bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and emotional well‑being.

You will respond to call bells, maintain a clean, safe environment, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Benefits include health, life, vision and dental insurance, retirement plan, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in senior care or community-based organizations (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Positive and compassionate attitude is required.
• Highly reliable and punctual attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, showering, dressing, and getting to and from meals.
• Answer call bells and respond to residents' needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
