Personal Care Aide 2PM-10PM & 10PM-6AM SHIFTS

As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting our residents with their day‑to‑day activities, providing mental, physical, social, and emotional support to ensure their overall well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, showering, dressing, and getting to and from meals.
• Answer call bells and respond to residents’ needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in senior care or community‑based organizations (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive and compassionate attitude.
• Highly reliable and punctual.
